I am trying to get a report from CNUT using ‘Gather Customer Support Information’ for my 5.7BHmaster and slave but it always give this error message :::SKIP:No File for Device Type BHM @ 10.x.x.x and the same for the slave …SKIP :No file for Device Type BHS @ 10.x.x.x
Any idea.
