# cnWave 60GHz External E2E Controller Package Release - 1.2.2.1-r2 has been released

cnWave 60GHz External E2E Controller Package Release - 1.2.2.1-r2 has been released.

1.2.2.1-r2 package can be applied on OVA running 1.1.0-r4 or later. If OVA version is lower than 1.1.0-r4, OVA version update is required and the same can be performed following the [instructions here](https://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t/migrating-external-e2e-controller-running-ova-version-less-than-1-1-0-r4-to-1-1-0-r4/87446).

Current OVA version can be seen in **Network \> Tools \> Operations \> Software Update \> OVA Version** from cnMaestro UI

### External Package:

#### Problems corrected in 1.2.2.1-r2

1. Nginx-Proxy service availability:  
– Removed dependency of nginx-proxy startup sequence from docker service to avoid nginx startup and device connection issues when docker service is gracefully restarted.
2. Onboard to External:  
– Misses NMS Publisher options in stats-agent that stops e2e events to cnMaestro. Enabled to update the same during conversion.
3. Techdump Collection:  
– Added a workaround to skip and move when Kibana does not have index for a specific service if it does not produce logs, this behavior gets in a loop with longer wait time during the collection.
4. 100% Docker filesystem usage:  
– Added a workaround to skip the unused periodic backups in e2e\_controller container to avoid usage of docker filesystem over the time.
