does someone know how to stop communicate between interface vlan.
for example sub interface vlan 200 and sub interface Vlan 300 can ping each others. how can i stop communication between vlans?

Make sure your VLANs are truly tagging the packets with 802.1q tags. Port based VLANs (option in some switches) may be able to route between VLANs. The only other thing I can think of is a router tat terminates these VLANs is routing between them - inter-vlan routing.
