Configuring ePMP1000

Hi All

Just after some advice (this is the first Ubiquity device I've used).

I am unable to connect to the Web Front end using the default username and password. I'm able to connect via Putty to the CLI and change the admin password but that makes no difference. HTTP and HTTPS management is available.

Software version is 1.61-r3

Im also not having any joy with applying the softare update via TFTP........

Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed,

Okay, got tftp working......my bad windows firewall was enabled.

Software now 2.5.1-r9

Still unable to access Web Interface.

Hi mkav,

Try to reset to default device using hardware button or power cycle sequence.

Than try to reach device on default IP addresses(192.168.0.1/2, 169.254.1.1) with default credentials admin/admin.
