Convert to Connectorized

Two questions:

1) Can you take 5750AP and convert it to Connectorized so I can attach an Onmi antenna?

2) All of our 900SMs (integrated P9 v8.1.5.1) using NAT loose connection. Once rebooted works fine for random amount of (hours/days) before it needs to be rebooted again. SM’s with static IP and static IP to client’s computer does not have problem. If there’s a bug in v8, any temp solution?
