I have been unable to get the CPE reset tool to work.

I have tried on 3 computers to run the tool all XP SP3 and the tool does not start.

Windows 7 64bit the tool comes up with JIT exception errors.

I did notice that the Smartpcap version on the one I downloaded (1.0.0.0)and the one that is indicated in the manual (2.0.0.0) are different. Perhaps Motorola uploaded the wrong version of the tool???

Same here,

reset tool starts with an incompatibility error on 4 different machines running from Win Xp SP2,SP3 and Win7.

anyone out there who successfully runs this application?
