I opened a ticket 5 days ago to delete some unused accounts and they’re still active.
Why can’t we delete an account from cnMaestro cloud by our own? maybe after a check there are no devices left, and a “main” account is always available.

Apologies for the delay. Our support team will work on it ASAP.
And we have created a New Feature request ticket to provide options to delete the account(s) and to edit account name.
support ticket solved and closed.
That new feature is a good idea, I still think wuold be better te let us do it, but it’s ok.
