Delete device offline cnmaestro

Hi team,

I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to delete a Subscriber Module (SM) from cnMaestro. The device shows as offline, and when I attempt to delete it, I receive the following error:

“Unable to delete device since On-Prem instance is offline.”

The On-Prem server is currently online, and other operations in cnMaestro are functioning normally. Could this be a sync issue or something related to the device’s offline status?

Is there a workaround to force the deletion of offline devices in this situation?

Please verify the connectivity of your Anchor account, and once On-Prem is connected to Anchor, try performing the delete operation.
