Device Approval Pending - already been approved

I have the same issue with more than 4 E410 devices here.

@jiransi - update the firmware of the unit and it should work.

I had that problem last week and by updating the firmware to the latest version it solved the pending status

The problem with my E4100 is that when i tried to claim it, it never seems to be onboard.

Message i got was "Waiting for Device" but nothing changed after that.

So i never get to get the device onboard and update the software.

Appreciate your help.

I have the same problem with epmp3000 AP , Radio link function OK , still show offline status on our On-Premises cnmaestro , already tried factory reset , delete and add , upgrade / downgrade firmware , but still fail .
