Device are getting offline

I have configuerd a wifi zone using cambium cnPilot e4106 device, but the devices got offline on regular basis. Would you please help me out..??

we don't see any relation in pushing time zone configuration and device going offline. help us with below information to undesratnd the issue,

1. does ap is managed from cloud or on premises cnMaestro?

2. how frequently ap goes offline?

3. when ap goes offline, can ap communicate to gateway or 

4. if ap is managed from cloud cnMaestro, when ap goes offline, do we see any issue to internet connection / latency to internet / packet loss to internet 

5. If possible, please share ap's techdump when ap is seen offline from cnMaestro
