Trying to get an SM connected to an AP and it just keeps telling me “device is registered with another account” in the CBRS tab of cnMaestro.
What other account? I have nothing to go on here, don’t even know what to look at.
If you raise a ticket, the support team will be able to find the account that the device is registered under and transfer it.
