Device offline alarm comes in but never clears

I have multiple radios on my cnMaestro account where the device went offline due to a maintenance reboot or loss of service where the radio has come back online and cnMaestro shows it's online but the device offline alarm does not clear.

i have same problem, some of radio PTP and epmp become offline, in fact it online and accessible. can you help me?
