Devices Blocked to sync

Hi,

I have a problem with some devices.

In the Sync Configuration 5 devices as block and i dont know how to unlock the device.

Hi,

Can you check if any job is in running state which includes those devices?

If yes, to unblock those devices from sync configuration page, please abort the configuration job.

This state may happen when device was stuck with some AP group push and device did not respond.

Hi,

No job is in running, my device respond in https and icmp.
