Devices not registering with cnMaestro

I have a series of E410, E501, E500 and Cnmatrix switches I just claim four of my wireless devices as an Onboard devices but status is still waiting for devices for three days now? Help please

Login to your device and check whether the controller is reachable from the device ?
if so, please share the service show debug device-agent logs.
and show management details logs

where is the cnMaestro located: in the Cloud or in your LAN network?
Also, I believe that your E Series AP, cnMatrix are in the LAN, hence they have LAN ip address range. Is that the case?

so you have router with public IP address and APs+cnMatrix on the LAN with LAN IP address range. If so, there is NAT configured on your router to allow devices behind the LAN to access the internet. If so, did you configure https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com/ in the APs on the required space?
