After our recent cloud update 2.4.1-r34 we noticed that some of the devices are shown out of site even though they are configured to be under the site. Also due to this issue the site dashboard Client widget shows wrong client count even though the Client grid shows the proper clients count .
Workaround :-
Please move the devices to the site None and then back to your original site . This will solve the devices shown out of site as well as site dashboard client count issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will be fixing the issue at the earliest possible and will push the fix to the cloud servers.
