Devices stuck onboarding

I have 14 devices that are stuck in “Onboarding”. I have tried to unapproved and then reapprove them to see if that helps, but it hasn’t yet. Any ideas?

Would you precise devices to be onboarded?

Note, if you want to onboard into On Premise cnMaestro, then the devices (Let us consider cnPilot and cnMatrix devices) should be in the same subnet as the cnMaestro server in order to communicate. If you want to onboard devices into cnMaestro in the Cloud, then the devices (cnPilot, cnMatrix) should be in the LAN behind the public IP router NAT which is connected to internet at your location.

I would also confirm what Firmware version the devices are running as they may not be running on the minimum version to work with cnMaestro. You can log onto one of the units and confirm that the device is able to reach the internet via ping.
