Discards on AP's & SM's

On the ethernet stats on both the SM’s and AP’s we are seeing Discards that come and go. At one time there may be has high as 480 discards, or even 3000 discards… This happens on either Ap’s or SM’s or even Backhauls on different parts of the network. The number of discards are constantly changing. Has anyone seen this before, or dealt with this before?

I have been have the same thing for some time now. I have asked Canopy Help Line about the issue but never really got an answere from them.
