Disconnecting Link on ePTP mode

Best regards.
I have several PTP link with Force 300CSM and 300-25. After switching from TDD PTP to ePTP mode have daily issue with trop link.

LOG on SM:
F=5140 11acvht40plus. Reason: 51 (AP INITIATED DISCONNECT)

LOG on AP:
aid=1 disassociated. Reason: 53 (AP KEEP ALIVE RX STUCK)

What version of the firmware are you using?

4.7.0.1 has known disconnection issues. Might not be the issue that you’re running into, but then again, it might be just that simple as well.

If you’re on 4.7.0.1 then I would say to either downgrade to 4.6.2, or better yet upgrade to 4.7.1-RC21

Cambium has said that RC21 will become the official 4.7.1 Release Version unless there are new issues reported (ie, all other known issues have been solved & squashed in RC21) so it is a mature and stable release candidate… which likely IS actually the 4.7.1 Release Version… we’ve been running it on about 400 radios with no known issues.

We still have the connection drop problem, Software Version 4.7.1-RC21.
