Hi, we have a CANOPY 14.1.1 SM-AES (PMP450) with 230 Count and 115 Recount linked with a PTP 450 CANOPY 13.2.1.3 AP-AES.

Guido,

Thanks for your post.  The XO is a Crystal Oscillator that sets the RF frequency of the radio.

I will need more information on your SM. Can you get a CNUT capture of your AP/ and problem SM? This is the first I have heard of this happening on 14.1.1, there is a chance it is a hardware issue. Is it the only SM with this problem?

Is your AP GPS synchronized? 

May I ask why you are running mixed software versions on AP/SM? (your original post mentioned PTP, but I think that was just a typo.) I doubt this is the problem, but not sure yet.

What was the resolution to this issue?

There was an issue with the clock in R14.1.1 that was resolved in subsequent software versions.  Are you still having issues with TXCO log errors?  What version of software are you running?
