Document Upload Issue over Wi-Fi network of E400

We have an Wi-Fi network comprising of cnPilot E400 access points with on- premise cnMaestro as onboard controller. We start using our Wi-Fi network for our e-office (Office VPN ). We can connect to VPN using our credential. But when we try to upload any document in the same e-office portal, we unable to do so. At the same time instead of Wi-Fi , if we use wired LAN then no issue face to upload any document.

Is there any solution for the issue. Hope a solution from our esteemed members.

I have forwarded this to the support team

hi,

one of the reason can be low MTU negotiated on AP uplink interface from the DHCP server. You can see MTU installed on AP using the command, " service show ifconfig" and look for eth0 output,

eth0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST>  mtu 1500

        ether 00:04:56:9b:63:48  txqueuelen 1000  (Ethernet)

        RX packets 9409  bytes 4247609 (4.0 MiB)

        RX errors 0  dropped 17  overruns 0  frame 0

        TX packets 9938  bytes 1156264 (1.1 MiB)

        TX errors 0  dropped 0 overruns 0  carrier 0  collisions 0
