Is there a solution to this its been over 2 years since Cambium has known about this? I cannot upgrade firmware on all radios with firmware 2.4.3-RC16. I've tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. I have tried all things tried on a previous thread regarding this issue.

Its not possible for the force 180 and 200. Support was added at 2.4.2 so thats essential the 1.0 release for those 2 radios.
Curious, whats the advantage of going below that firmware?
I am not trying to downgrade... that is the error i get when trying to upgrade to any firmware above 2.4.3-rc16...
Ah, the title of the thread says downgrade.
You should be able to upgrade to anything beyond 2.4.2
Make sure your using the nongps firmware for standard epmp, not elevate. Elivate firmware will tell you not supported as will gps firmware.
We go straight from 2.4.3r16 directly to 3.5 without problems regularly.
Error. Downgrade to releases prior to Release 2.4.2 is not supported for Force 180 and Force 200 radios.

Are you trying to install firmware for GPS sync on a non-GPS sync device? If so, this is probably why you are getting the error.
Yes, what Cheree King said. It appears that you are using the wrong file. Please use ePMP-NonGPS_Synced-v3.5.5.tar.gz found here: https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp/
