Software downloads are available free of charge to customers who's unit is in warranty.
The website checks the MAC address given against the warranty database. If the unit is in warranty then you will be able to download the software.
If the unit is out of warrant then the message "This is not a valid PTP ESN" is displayed.
If you believe that your unit should be in warranty please contact technical support who will investigate.
If you are out of warranty then you may continue to download software after you have purchased a software maintenance contract. Please contact your local reseller for details.
