We have an ePMP 4625 PTP link. It was working fine for a long time, but suddenly, the link’s traffic started dropping to 0 kbps. Then, with this drop, it started to drop again, causing a loss of bandwidth on the other side, and I lost the connection.
I changed the frequency several times. It was clear that the frequency was clear in terms of signal, and the bandwidth was stable and high. When I ran a speed test, the measurement was excellent, and the link was clearly fine.
But the problem persists; nothing has changed.
I also upgrading the link firmware from both sides, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
I haven’t found a solution yet, after all the attempts. I’ve attached support files from both sides, as well as a photo illustrating the recurring traffic drops.
