E410 Fail to ugrade to 4.2.3.1-r7

I did reset factory; then i ugrade to 4.2.3.1-r7, but fail to ugrade, after reboot AP e410 did not start; there is no leg; i follow this power ON and off for 9 times with interval of 15 Sec (ON) and 5 Sec (OFF); but there is no result
please someone can help or support me?
