E410 Spectrum Analyzer not working

Hi all.

What am I missing, I’ve got an E410 with the letest firmware (3.11.3.1-r4) that is about to go into a noisy environment & I was setting it up in house & testing everything before it goes to its test place, despite trying 2 x OS’s ( Linux Mint 18.3 & Win 7 ) and 4 x browsers ( Chrome, Chromium, Firefox & Bing ) I am unable to get the Spectrum Analyzer to work at all.

I have powered cycled the AP in question

All & any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@Waykat_Services Hey Wayne, did you ever get this sorted out? I’ve got an e600 that seems to be doing the same thing. I know these units share the same base firmware, so I assume this is the same bug.
