E500 radio off

Today, we have noticed that one of E500 belongs on a small group of APs has all radios off. We have tried to change the group settings, create a new group but the radio is allways off (the rest of APs operate normally).. This Ap is sync with cnmaestro and has the latest recomended firmware

Recomanded AP firmware is 3.11.3.1-r4. If AP is onboarded to your cnMaestro cloud accout, 

Login to cnMaestro cloud account : Navigate to Applications >> Users >> Invite Cambium Support >> enter email pvsr.gupta Role Super Administrator and click on Send
