Is there a way to recover the E500? Seems like it is stuck in a bootloop with the power n network led being green and orange respectively after powering it on.

Return Material Authorization. Open a ticket on support.cambiumnetworks.com, and if the unit is under warranty, Cambium will replace it if they cannot solve the issue remotely.
