Saludos a todos, tengo un problema con un enlace usando Canopy BH de 10Mb.
El problema parece haberse iniciado con la estacion lluviosa.
El Event log no muestra absolutamente nada extrano en ninguno de los dos lados.
El jitter es alto 5-8-4-14-10 creo que eso es bastante variable
El problema es solo durante la noche, pero ultimamente se ha vuelto mas grave.
A continuacion una descripcion de las horas de caida y subida acompanado con las fechas.
Como se puede ver las caidas suceden casi exclusivamente por la noche.

Sospecho que es oscilacion debido al viento que esta causando el jitter inestable y desasocia los equipos. No creo que sea interferencia por el caracter nocturno del problema.
Agradeceria muchisimo que me ayudaran con sugerencias o como confirmar si es este el problema.

Creo que las caidas se deben mas a un tema de propagacion.
Si supones que es debido a fuertes vientos, te sugiero que intentes cambiar el brazo de sujecion al mastil del reflector, es decir fabricate un soporte estandar con un caño en el extremo que te permita insertar el reflector, de esta manera vas a lograr que el reflector no oscile tanto.
Si es un tema de propagacion, podrias ir jugando con la altura de las antenas.
En mi caso, todos los enlaces que tengo instalados de mas de 33 Km, en esta epoca del año tienen micro cortes, debido a propagacion (fuertes calores en argentina).
Con el tema del cambio de altura de la antena no tuve mayores resulatdos positivos ya que es un trabajo bastante tedioso.

Si el dia de hoy he descartado que sea el viento o la oscilación. Me inclino mas por tu teoria de que es propagación. Lo que no entiendo es que puedo hacer para mejorar esto. Tengo 40 metros de torre en ambos lados sobre terrazas altas.
Debo buscar talvez una alineación mas fina, para ganar fade margin?
El problema es que los microcortes ayer volvieron inutilizable el enlace por casi 3 horas.
Cualquier ayuda adicional o sugerencia sera enormemente agradecida.

a criterio personal, luego de semanas de analisis y pruebas en sitio, no logre ningun resultado positivo.
en mi caso particular los cortes en mis link, se producen por reflexiones en los mismos.
Ahora tengo dos opciones para solucionar esto, modificar la altura de uno de los sitios o cambiar la frecuencia de trabajo.
Si modifico la altura, cuanto mas despejado esta el link, mayor es la probabilidad de cortes por reflexion y si disminuyo la altura corro el riesgo de cortes por obstruccion. Si vas a realizar pruebas de este tipo, tene en cuenta que solo se debe modificar uno de los sitios, no ambos.
Cuando intente por el lado de la frecuencia, no obtuve ningun resultado positivo, es decir segui con micro cortes.
Recien ahora, estoy mirando los Canopy de 30 (o mas) mbps que aparentemente me permitiria usar diversidad de espacio.
lamento no poder brindarte una solucion concreta a tu situacion…
