ePMP 1000 AP and SM cant connect to cnMaestro (onboarding issue)

Both have the remote management status of DOWN_NOT_CONNECTED.  Using the ping utility, I'm able to ping the IP address of cloud.cambiumnetworks.com and I'm able to ping the DNS server served up by my DHCP server.  I believe I have the Cambium-ID and password set properly.

Also, my SM shows no Internet connection (gray icon) and no GPS sync (gray icon).  My AP shows both as good (green icon).

What else could be happening?  What else should I look for?




Could you please enable maximal logging level and attach System Log please?

Apparently my units were on a very old s/w build, 2.4.5.  Once I upgraded to 3.3, they all showed up!
