epmp 1000 cannot get login page on start up

There is a graph on the bottom of a brand new radio.  Nothing is responding, want to upgrade, but cannot get login page

Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing? Is this a really old radio?

Try ctrl-Reload in browser - sounds like default-IP access to a very old radio (<2.0) that's not loading correctly because the browser has newer javascript and css cached.
