ePMP 1000 unable to change back to SM (or AP) from Spectrum Analyzer; no firmware upgrade either

I am running version 2.4.3 and was using the integrated ePMP 1000 (5 GHz flavor) in the Spectrum Analyzer mode.  I am unable to change it back to either a Subscriber Module or Access Point.  When I click on the radio box  under configuration, it will work, but when I go to Save, it shows a "Configuration save failed. Configuration -> Network -> Port Speed:  Add record with proper values"  All the radio boxes in Configuration -> Network appear "selected" and I am unable to pick or change anything.

I have tried Chrome and Firefox and neither one works.  I tried to upgrade the firmware to 2.4.5 but when I go Tools -> Software Upgrade and hit Browse for Select File, NOTHING happens.

Any ideas?
