Few of our ePMP 1000 v3.5.6 is not responding to on-premise cnmaestro v2.4.1-r10. Any suggestion will help

Start by moving to firmware 4.6.1 and since this fixes many issues yours may be fixed already.

Your link does not look good. RSSI -78 dBm is near no signal at all. After SW upgrade check your alignment and LOS path. Issue can be caused just by packet loss.
