Question: the release notes refer to a (sub-5 degree environment) problem.

Is there a temperature sensor inside the radio that could possibly have its reading exposed via Gui/Snmp?

Hi,

You must be signed up for the Open Beta program to access the link. You can sign up here: https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/beta

Thanks,

The cold temperature problem was on a series of GPS sycn APs (definitely 5 GHz, maybe 2 GHz?)  It was basically a memory issue that came about when it was  <23F or -5C.  A change in timing fixed it.

In my experience, the 1 time it happened, the AP kept doing it's job but we couldn't access the web/ssh/snmp interfaces.  Customer's were associated and passed traffic.  A simple power cycle fixed it and then we updated to the beta firmware and have yet to see the problem again.
