ePMP 300-25 not respond ethernet

Hi, i have an ePMP 300-25 and the ethernet port is not responding. The switch port doesn't blink either. I tried to connect directly to my notebook and doesn't respond. I' tried to reset pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, but doesn't work.

Is this a new radio or one that is/was deployed somewhere ?


If the switch is a managed switch you can connect it and try forcing 100mb or 10mb just to see if you get link / can access the radio (can do the same with Laptop , force the ethernet adapter to 100mb or 10mb).

You could also configure another radio to connect to it then access it via its wireless interface unless that is blocked in the config.

Are the power lights coming on on the radio ? - yes. Power and ETH green. The others ligths starts to turn on and then turn off.

When it was active I could access the AP throw de wireless port from the subscriber, but now the equipment isnt active.
