I believe you’d use normal RPSMA to N pigtails.

Yes, you need N (on the antenna) to RP-SMA (on ePMP 3000) pigtails (LMR195 would be a good choice)

When connecting the antenna to the AP you need to pay attention to the attachment order of the cables
it can be one of the following 2:

CH0 V
CH1 H
CH2 V
CH3 H

or

CH0 H
CH1 V
CH2 H
CH3 V
