Hi there, I want to install an ePMP 3000 with RF Elements Horn and smart beam forming antenna. I can't use Cambium Sector Antenna because I don't have much sapce. As ePMP 3000 has 4 connectors, can I mount an RF Elements horn antenna on it?

You can use horns with it, but there's no guarantees that MU-MIMO would work properly. The BSA might not work properly as well, as it's been optimized to be used with the OEM sector antenna and it's RF characteristics.
