We installed 4 ePMP 3000s 3 weeks ago. software 4.4.3. All were fine until we installed first 2 customers yesterday about noon. One of the APs that had one of the customers connected to it, went down about midnight. We have put new ends on cable. Changed out power supply. Plugged in a cable from one of the working APs, and it still will not power up. Has anyone else come across this? Any other suggestions on what we should try?
Do you see any LEDs indication when powering the AP up?
If no, please open a support ticket and RMA the unit in case it's under the warranty.
No, there are not any LED lights coming on. I will submit a ticket.
