Epmp 3k disconnected from Cnmaestro

Epmp 3k disconnected from CnMaestro and are trying to connect but keep trying to connect.

Make sure the network path from the epmp3000 to cnMaestro is available. The management vlan must be correct and the AP should be able to ping the server. IF you are using the cloud server, then you must be able to ping the URL and have it resolve on the AP.

Tripple check your AP settings to make sure your management ip settings are 100% correct and the management network has a dns thats working.

I did check everything, and they slowly came back online. I could not find any mistake.

Run a trace route from an AP to your cnMaestro. Use the same url you have in the config. This may be a dns issue or if using cloud based a path issue.
