ePMP 3000L running 4.5.5 for 55 days, and GPS has gone down. We have the Holdoff Time set to 10 days, since this happens fairly often.
A short time ago, this AP saw 21 satellites, now it sees 0.
I’m going to upgrade AP & SMs to 4.5.6 and see if that resolves anything.
EDIT: After rebooting, there are 21 satellites visible again.
EDIT: Upgraded to 4.5.6 on AP and all Force300 SM’s.
4.5.5 is partially stable. Random bridging/masquerading lockups on SMs. Power cycle or remote reboot fixes it but the only tattle is the throughput monitor, shows almost no data passing but the client can get to the SM and so can the support techs at the NOC, just not passing data.
Have been trying 4.5.6 on specificly bad SMs and so far those SMs are good. Planning a single AP upgrade to stress the firmware more than I can on the bench.
