ePMP 4500 power usage

For those who have deployed a 4500, what is the max power usage you are seeing? Spec sheet says 32w but it says a 30w psu as well but we received a 60w psu which makes me think real world usage might be closer to the 32w.
Does this model have a heater and therefore 32w is worst case scenario? Most of our existing equipment has a max power output of 30w per port.

Has anyone run a 4500 with AT poe? Or perhaps a netpower? Would be interesting to see a graph from a netonix or similar.
