A 1000 SM EPMP have died with only one week of use.
With thousands of units UBNT this has happened to me only a few times.
Light only the PWR and eth1 but no acces to the device.
I am disappointed with the unreliability.
I would disagree. The EPMP CPE's are extremelly reliable, we have had 0 hardware related faults in over a year.
Did this unit die after a firmware upgrade attempt?
have you tried resetting the unit to factory defaults?
The power+ethernet led's lit and absence of the usual sequential blinking in the RSSI led's suggest a firmware upgrade failure.

I appreciate the suggestion, but is not the case, there has been then updated the firmware.
Just to make things clear, you did, or did not upgraded the firmware in the unit?
If you did, the radio died during or after the upgrade?
The radio died without more, not during an upgrade, simply stopped working.
did you have a surge protector on the ethernet?
