I can’t connect to Cloud even though I have internet
OK I completely misunderstood the issue here and edited accordingly. I see the problem is simply that you can not connect to CNmeastor cloud ? I think in this case the relvent screen shot would be Configuration > System > CNMaestro and possibly Configuration > Network
Also ping this cloud.cambiumnetworks.com
If ping NOK check DNS, if OK check logs on that devices
How to check logs on that devices?
Web GUI: Monitor->System Log-Enabled
Why is there cnMaestro account ID shown? Did you blank it out in the screenshot… or did you forget to put your cnMaestro account credentials in?
