ePMP Force 300 CSML con ePMP 2000 AP

Hola, estamos intentando conectar subscriptores ePMP Force 300 CSML con Puntos de Acceso ePMP 2000 AP, pero nos da un error indicando el siguiente error “Incompatible Software Version”.

El 300 CSML tiene la versión 4.6.2 y el 2000 AP tiene la versión 3.5.6

Entonces descargamos la versión más antigua para Force 300 que es la 4.4.1 e indica que se debe cargar con el CNUT. Descargamos el CNUT pero no hemos podido cargar el software al 300 CSML porque da los siguientes errores:

Por favor solicitamos su apoyo. Por cierto por ahora es complicado actualizar la versión de software del 2000 AP.

You’ll want both AP and SM to be on the same Major version… won’t really work with AP on v3.x and SM on v4.x

Really would be best to be all on latest 4.7.0.1 (not 4.7.0 but 4.7.0.1)

As Ninedd said, you need to upgrade firmware.
Your epmp2000 AP is N based hardware and all force300 is AC based.

Thankfully you can jump straight to 4.7.0.1 on both with no issues and a lot of fixes.

Thanks. The end customer tried 4.7.0 with ePMP 2000 AP but it has some bugs. Then they updated to intermediate 4.x.x and it works ok.

do not use 4.7.0, use 4.7.0.1
4.7.0 has issues and these are fixed in 4.7.0.1

Thanks. The end customer doesn’t want to use the latest version, then radios was updated with 4.6.2 and everything works ok. BR.
