Do I need to have a maestro account to have the SM’s talk to the AP?

No, cnMaestro is not required on those radios to make them function.

Thank you for the answer. Im not sure what else to try. I have configured the IP’s subnet and gateways. Ive configured the preferred AP in the SM’s and set the security for the AP. I cannot get them to talk via wireless. Ive even updated the software to the latest version.

Did you try using the Quick Start wizard on both radios? That’s probably the easiest way to initially get them set up.

Does the AP show in an AP eval from the SM?
