Unfortunately, the release notes don’t provide full clarity. The asymmetric feature can only be enabled on e4k AP’s. e3k SM’s connecting to an e4k AP using backwards compatibility mode that have asymmetric feature enabled will ONLY connect at the full channel width… NOT at the reduced uplink channel width.
