ePMP 3000Ap with FW 4.6.1 trying to go to 5.xx or even 4.8xx just stalls and never completes the upgrade. Any help?
Are you upgrading directly by logging into the AP, or are you upgrading through cnMaestro?
Web UI in the AP. Have not tried through Maestro.
Did you try rebooting the AP first before trying to upgrade it?
Yes, defaulted, rebooted, different browsers.
Does it give you an error?
Checking again now. Old brain cant remember now. LOL
No error. update initiated, never changes, just hangs there.
I have never had that happen. Maybe try through cnMaestro to see if it works. Did you doublecheck you are using the ePMP AC image?
