EPMP1000 with third party antenna

I want to test EPMP1000 connectorized radio on different antennas such as UBNT various  sector antennas, RF elements sectors, and some slant dishes. RPSMA on UBNT sectors  - Left its is vertical polarisation, Right- horizontal. Do i  need to cross RF jumper cables if  connect EPMP1000 Connectorized radio?  Where is vertical polarization conector on Connectorized radio?

Hello,

You do not and should not have to cross the RF cables. There is no specific "H" or "V" port on the ePMP connectorized radios.

Ok, do integrated radio automatically "virtually" swaps MIMO chains  if its  not equal on integrated SM and AP?

This is how MIMO works.

Hello,

Each antenna port connects to virtually identical RF paths and treated as separate antennas. The received signals are internally processed and combined at the RF chip.

If using a Cambium sector antenna, you will notice the ports on the antenna are labeled "H" and "V". When using the Cambium mounting bracket on the antenna, the placement of the radio is such that the ports in the radio will aligned with the ports in the sector antenna, as depicted on the diagram. This is the way the radio, antenna and mouting brackets were designed to be put together.
