Maestro notification that epmp 3000 and epmp 3000L GPS firmware out of date cnMaestro

This will be fixed with a patch update to the 3.0.4 cloud servers and in the official 3.0.4 On-Premises release. After the update devices will automatically clear the active alarm upon re-connection to cnMaestro.
