Error"Can't connect to license server (-15,3002)".

Issue Brief:-
Update Manager can not be launched error occurred when trying to check license.While launching Update Manager.bat throws error "Can't connect to license server (-15,3002)".

Problem Root Cause:-
Incorrect license file installed can cause issue.

Resolution:-
In order to resolve this make sure that C:\Cambium\License manager\Flexnet\License_files\ should have desired license file (trial or purchase one).Then restart the License manager first and restart the WM server from WM admin tool.
