Error in lifting map information

Good morning, how are you? I bother you because I have a problem.
The Planner link is not raising information from the satellite map. It shows me the images but it doesn’t pick up the names of the cities.
Happened to someone? do you know how to fix it? I already reinstalled and tried on two machines and it gives me the same problem.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. It appears that the map provider that we are using has changed their tile server. We’ll update this as soon as possible. For now, you will need to use the satellite view with no labels or the offline map view.

We’ve updated the online map view in LINKPlanner to use either an OpenStreetMap layer or Bing map layers. This is a temporary solution to keep the map functionality working and we will review the map options over the coming months.

To see the new map, restart LINKPlanner or toggle the Online Map visibility in the View menu.
